- Is the parent app included?
- Yes, and it is free for families whether or not they work with a practice. Nothing you assign is behind a paywall for them.
- How does family pricing work?
- Solo includes 15 client families and Clinic includes 50. Beyond that, extra families are $4.99/mo each on either plan, and on Solo each added practitioner seat ($20/mo) adds 5 more included families. Existing families always stay fully accessible — nothing is ever locked or lost.
- Are any features locked to higher plans?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited appointments and the full toolset — charting, Neuri AI, invoicing, QuickBooks sync, messaging, and imports. We don't gatekeep features.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with 1 month free. A card is required, billing begins automatically when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
- Can you set Studio up for me?
- Yes. White-glove setup is $199 for Solo or $699 for Clinic, one-time. We handle guided setup, uploading your files, importing and populating your clients, and training. Use code ONBOARD at sign-up to get it free while spots last.
- Does Studio submit insurance claims?
- Not today. Studio produces invoices, statements and superbills you or the family can submit, and syncs invoices to QuickBooks Online. If direct claim submission is essential to your practice, a general-purpose platform will serve you better right now.
