How Neurture Studio handles your client data
Plain answers about where client information lives, who can reach it, and how you get it back out.
The short version
Eight things worth knowing before a single client record moves.
Row-level access control
Every client record, note, chart point, message and file is scoped in the database to the practice that owns it. Access is enforced at the data layer, not just hidden in the interface.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit over TLS and encrypted at rest by the managed database and storage layer.
Files are never public
Client documents and message attachments live in private storage. They're served through short-lived signed links generated only for a signed-in, authorised practitioner.
Audit trail
Signed notes carry a tamper-evident record of who signed what and when. Client handoffs and record exports are logged.
AI does not train on your clients
Neuri sends only the context needed to answer the request and the provider does not use it to train models. Journal entries, notes and family messages are never used as training data.
Google Workspace Limited Use
Calendar sync uses the minimum scope needed to write your Neurture appointments to your calendar, and its use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can take your data out
Per-client ZIP exports for records requests, practice-wide CSV export, and signed PDF notes. No export fee and no lock-in.
Deletion
Closed accounts are soft-deleted and retained for 90 days so they can be restored after a mistake, then purged.
What we don't claim
We don't publish certification badges we haven't earned. If your practice needs a signed business associate agreement, a completed security questionnaire or a specific jurisdiction's data residency, ask us directly before you sign up and we'll tell you plainly what we can and can't meet today.
