Phase change
A marked point on a chart where something about the intervention changed: a new procedure, a different reinforcer, a change of setting or staff.
Phase-change lines are what make a chart interpretable months later. Without them, a change in slope has no explanation attached.
Good practice is to tag the change when you make it, with a short note about what changed and why.
