Celeration
The rate at which a behaviour's frequency changes over time: the slope of the line on a Standard Celeration Chart, usually expressed as a multiply or divide factor per week.
A celeration of ×2 means the behaviour is doubling weekly. A celeration of ÷2 means it is halving weekly. Acceleration targets (skills you want more of) and deceleration targets (behaviours you want less of) are read the same way.
Because celeration is a ratio rather than a difference, it stays meaningful across very different baseline rates, which is what makes it useful for comparing progress between learners.
